The puresparkpl.com website (hereinafter: "the Website") is operated by PureSparkPL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 84/92, 00-514 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001025847, NIP: 5252873401, REGON: 524817693 (hereinafter: "the Service Provider"). Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the provisions of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Through the Website, the Service Provider offers the following electronic services: • Providing information about financial advisory services, European subsidies, and government support programs. • Ability to submit inquiries via the contact form. • Free preliminary analysis of eligibility for benefits and subsidies. • Personal finance and tax optimization advisory. Detailed terms of paid services are governed by separate agreements.
